We would like to recognize Coach Matt Bell for a FCSC Spotlight recognition award.  The following testimony was sent by one of Coach Bell’s parents.

This was our first season with Coach Bell.  We met him during the spring All Star Tournament, and we were so impressed with his coaching style we were thrilled that our son was able play on his team in the fall.  Coach Bell is very good with the boys and really strives to motivate them to be the best that they can be.  As a parent, not only did I appreciate Coach Bell's work with my son, I really appreciated the way he went the extra mile to keep the parents in the loop.  He sent out at least two emails a week, reminding us of practices and game times including what color our team was wearing.  As a working parent, that extra effort was so instrumental in keeping me organized this fall!  In the past, we have missed games due to miss communication and our son was heartbroken (he really, really loves to play soccer).  I can't tell you how much I appreciated this extra effort.  When the time changed, he made the arrangements for us to practice indoors so the boys could continue to grow and learn and finish out our season.  He really worked with the boys to teach them techniques and the rules of the game.  Coach Bell is a great asset to the league, and we hope that he continues to volunteer his time.  He is very much appreciated!!
