Fauquier Xplosion (WAGS Div 4 rising U15 girls)
The FCSC U-16G Xplosion finished as Finalists in the 2009 Richmond Cup. They lost in the finals to Beach FC while beating SOCA White and SOCA Blue to get to the finals.
The FCSC U-14G Xplosion were champions at the Bull Run Challenge over the weekend. Our record for the tournament was 3-0-1. We beat VSA Heat 2-0, we beat CSC Spirit (MD) 3-0, and Winchester United 5-0. We tied Sterling Avalanche 0-0.
The FCSC Xplosion were tournament champions this past weekend at the Busch Gardens Spring Shootout in Williamsburg/Newport News. They were 3-0-1 for the weekend and won the U-14G age group championship. They had a 3-0, 5-0, and 1-0 victory against the Richmond Strikers, the Norfolk Thunder, and the Newport News Diamonds and had a 1-1 draw against the Norfolk Lightning. They won the championship on overall points!
